About Ausstar Range
Our Ausstar range of horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed to meet the most demanding hydraulic coverage requirements and for all types of liquids.
We know the exacting tolerances and engineering standards required to build and maintain our Ausstar range of process pumps, and the replacement parts we supply for Ahlstrom APP APT pumps are identical to the parts we put into our pumps.
You can be confident that your replacement parts will be dimensionally correct and the material specified will be the material received. We only provide the highest quality pump and rotating equipment replacement parts.
- 100% dimensional inspection of all parts. Documentation is recorded and filed.
- All pressure containing components are hydro tested.
- All impellers and rotating elements are balanced to ISO G 2.5 as our standard. Special balance specifications can be achieved (G1).
- All materials are checked using an Electron Emissions Spectrometer to insure they adhere to ASTM required chemical compositions.
Degassing Units for Stability & Reliability
Pumps can be fitted with self-priming or degassing units, to enable the pump to be started fast and reliably with an empty inlet pipe and to allow it to pump liquids with high gas content.
